On 25^th November, our distributor in Lisbon hold an open workshop.  Battery Plus was organized for the benefit of professionals in ogistics and in industry. The demonstration was held in the studio of our distributor Maquisa. AMORIM, the world leader in the traditional manufacture of cork attended the demonstration among the other manufacturers.

The price of lead increase constantly and it is difficult to predict when it will stabilize! Every day he reached a new height. In January 2007, the average monthly rate was € 1,273.64 / ton; Nine months later, after an increase of 251%, the price of lead was at € 3,200 / ton. On October 15^th in 2007, the Top reaches: € 3,975 / ton!
This unparelled increase had a direct impact on the price of batteries. Regeneration now affects everyone, not just for environmental purpose, but mainly because the cost of energy for industrial and logistics companies will become a major problem.
